Biography
I was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, and received a Ph.D. degree in Statistics from the University of Georgia. I am currently a postdoctoral research associate under the joint supervision of Drs. Raymond Carroll, Robert Chapkin, Irina Gaynanova, and Yang Ni.
Research
My research focuses on addressing statistical issues in analyzing microbiome data, single-cell RNA-sequence data, integrating data from multiple sources, and identifying key functionalities in host and microbial community-wide networks.
